About Larry Glazer

Larry Glazer is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner with Mayflower Advisors, a full service financial consulting and wealth management firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. He provides guidance, direction and planning in financial matters to clients ranging from
individual investors and non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 companies.  After servings as Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company, a NYSE listed real estate service and Investment Company, Larry partnered with his father, Lloyd Glazer, a 40-year veteran of the securities industry.  Their loyal clientèle spans three generations and their investment approach is independent and consultative, helping investors plan for and invest in today’s marketplace.


Larry Glazer has been recognized by Worth Magazine as one of the Top 250 Wealth Advisors in the nation, received a five star award from Boston Magazine and was selected by UPromise as their national financial expert of 529 Plans for College Savings.  He regularly appears on national news television shows (CNBC, Fox News), has been in over 800 radio broadcasts, and in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Reuters, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, CNN Money, and Bloomberg Business Week to share his expertise.

Parenthood was the catalyst for Larry to become a leader in the financial literacy movement. As the President of the Massachusetts Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy, Larry educates families, teachers and students how to navigate the increasingly
complex financial landscape.  Larry currently serves as the President of the Rivers School Alumni Association and Alumni Council. In addition, he is active in numerous charitable and civic organizations.

Larry is a graduate of Duke University and has obtained the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 security registrations. Prior to starting Mayflower Advisors, he was a Senior Vice President at Advest and H.C. Wainwright & Company and began his finance career at the Bank of Tokyo. Larry lives in Newton, Massachusetts with his wife Suzanne and their three children, Archie, Esther and Eli.
